Something to Ponder
This taken from “Daily Readings from the Life of Christ” by John MacArthur:
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (Jn 8:12, ESV)
Ask Yourself: What are some of the discoveries and insights God has brought into the light in recent days as you’ve spent steadfast time in the Word, in prayer, in worship and in church fellowship? How do these rays of illumination keep you encouraged and prepared for greater service?
Is it not good to take time to ponder such questions, rather than rushing on through our busy lives not stopping to acknowledge and thank Him for His guiding light?
